Mr. Schoenwald’s practice focuses on general civil, business, and real estate litigation. The emphasis of Mr. Schoenwald’s practice in these areas has been the litigation of contract issues, business disputes, constitutional questions, and real property rights. Mr. Schoenwald’s experience includes traditional litigation in federal and state courts as well as alternative forms of dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Schoenwald also has broad experience in the federal and state appellate courts of California and Nevada. Mr. Schoenwald’s appellate practice includes assisting trial counsel in the preparation of pre-trial and post-trial motions, monitoring litigation for potential appellate issues, and handling matters throughout the appellate process.

Prior to joining Dillon Miller & Ahuja, Mr. Schoenwald engaged in a diverse appellate and litigation practice. Mr. Schoenwald has practiced with the San Diego offices of two national law firms as well as with a leading statewide firm in Nevada.
